I started day one today - I've completed it before and had great results so I thought it would be a great way to kick off the year! I'll be combining it with running and horse riding :) Good luck everyone!

Im currently finished day 4 level 2 and ever since the end of level 1 i sarted experiencing storng ankle pain after i finish the workout and it lasts for couple of hours. Have any of you experienced something similar and what are yout recomendations to ease the pain? Thanks in advance.
Today marks 1 week since I started 30DS! Starting measurements: Weight: 155 lbs Chest: 37 inches Waist: 28.5 inches Hips: 36 inches Today: Weight: 149 lb Chest: 36 inches Waist: 27.5 inches Hips: 35.5 inches 6 lb & 2.5 inches lost. :smiley: Anyone else have some progress to share? :smile:

:( I'm sure somebody else out there has my problem. A friend recommended me to wear a sport bra + a swimming suit but I sweat a lot. I know many people have doubled up their sports bras for added support so I'm going to buy a second one. Any sport bra recommendations? Thank you.
