I'm just going to pop this here for my own reference, but if anyone else wants to track with me feel free to add your own measurements!

Day 1:
Weight: 137.2lbs
Chest: 32 inches
Waist: 31 inches
Hips: 38 inches

    I start tomorrow- Monday Jan 5th
    - Current weight 293lbs
    - Height 6ft2
    Don't have any other measurements at this time. Just getting into the social aspect of this help so cool!! Add me :) keen to help

    How's it going by the way? And what's your goal weight by the end of this?

    I'm not too fussy about my weight - but I'd like to drop a few pounds this month - my main focus is getting my inches back down and building muscle - I'm getting on pretty well with it for now, combining it with running 4 times a week and horse riding 4 times a week. How about you? How are you getting on?
  • Yesterday was my Day 1! :smile:

    Weight: 155 lbs (but my water weight has started coming off, so now I'm 152 lb)
    Chest: 37 inches
    Waist: 28.5 inches
    Hips: 36 inches
  • Day 3 & dropped that half an inch off my waist & an inch off my bust. :)
