I'm not too fussy about my weight - but I'd like to drop a few pounds this month - my main focus is getting my inches back down and building muscle - I'm getting on pretty well with it for now, combining it with running 4 times a week and horse riding 4 times a week. How about you? How are you getting on?0 -
Yesterday was my Day 1!
Weight: 155 lbs (but my water weight has started coming off, so now I'm 152 lb)
Chest: 37 inches
Waist: 28.5 inches

Day 3 & dropped that half an inch off my waist & an inch off my bust.0
