warm up not long enough??

hi,im 7 days in and seriously feeling it! was wondering if anyone was having the same issue, by the time i do the first strength move my quads are like bricks! its affecting my endurance for the rest of the workout,the warm up doesnt really concentrate on legs but dont know if its general pain from the workout and to fight through it or if my legs need a bit more of a warm up before i do it?

I've actually been doing a 15 minute walk prior to the workout because I also felt that it was too short. The walk warms up my legs a bit more.0
