well, after two workouts of just practicing dragging the bar up my body and getting it racked, i actually watched a few youtube clips. turns out i somehow failed to notice pretty much everything about cleans. including but not limited to the fact that your elbows don't go out to the sides. i could easily have been someone else's 'so there was this woman in the gym' story this week. especially when you add in the slow-motion idea
