Turkey Flavored Mayo

As most Keto'ers know, its fun to eat mayo straight out of the jar. But to spice things up a little, lets add some flavoring to it. This recipe will make you shiver in delight as you eat one of your favorite foods! :D

Ingredients: (I weighed everything on my digital scale in oz.)

4 oz. finely chopped onions
1.5 oz. pimento sliced olives
5 oz. raw celery chopped finely
10 oz. Turkey meat cubed (1/2")
Fresh black pepper

Optional: chopped boiled eggs

8 oz. Kraft Mayo (about 17.5 tbsp.) (LOL!) no seriously! <3o:)>:)
(yes I know it has soy in it)...
For all you Mayo purists and Paleo Keto'ers, substitute your favorite home made Mayo.

I also tried a new seasoning salt from Lawry's called, "Ranch Seasoned Salt, French Fries" or something like that. It had pepper, salt and dried ranch dressing in it. It was really good. But I'm sure any good seasoning salt would be fine.

Mix all ingredients well. If it looks a little dry, add some more Mayo to it.... :D

Make about (5) 5.5 oz. servings. I'll let you figure out the macro's and calories, but the carbs per serving are very low. You could probably substitute chicken or tuna for the turkey.

Enjoy!
