A little help

Hi all,
I know there is a lot of controversy regarding weight loss medications, and I am on the fence about them personally, but I have read a lot of positive reviews about the two "newest" medications approved by the FDA, Qsyma and Belviq. I'm curious if anyone here has ever tried either of them. I am not interested in hearing how pills are not the answer, I am aware of that, and not sure I would go that route. I do exercise and count calories. Thanks!

I have not tried either of those but I do use some items from GNC. I believe you have to make decisions about the 'pills' for yourself, honestly. I have a friend who took diet pills she got from her doctor and she lost over 100 lbs with diet and exercise included. I take the, what claims to be, all natural appetite suppressant and vitamins.0

I don't think that the pills would be worth it unless you are willing to exercise and change your diet, or you could never come off the pills b/c you would just gain it all back. That is awesome for your friend! How are the supplements that you are taking helping?0

I'll agree with the point that you don't learn how to behave if you expect the pill to do all the work. You can lose the weight, but if you're still eating double cheeseburgers with a large coke, it's just going to keep coming back.0
