Ugh! The holidays have really put me out of my workout routine. So, I'm going to post here each day to keep myself accountable. My plan is to get up at 5:45 and do my BR workout from 6-6:30 each morning.
Today, it's already 10:30, but I'm off to work out now! I'm on weeks 5 &6 and they are challenging!!!

Did it! Whew! Workout 5 has some serious tricep exercises. I couldn't quite do them all, but kept moving. I really like the single leg squats in this one -- you can really feel your glutes working.0

Go you!! For sure! I'm hoping to do my work outs early each morning... but I'm on holidays right now0

Well, I did it! Got up early (not quite as early as planned...) and did workout 6. I never work out in the morning, so it was a little rough at first. My balance was terrible and my knees were creaky for a while. I was fine by the end and am now very happy to be done with it for the day!0
