I am waiting for delivery of a new exercise ball so I can do stretches and exercises like I used to at the physios. Does anyone use one of these? Any suggestions for prolapsed disk and DDD etc. I am wanting get more movement, strength and flexibility and build core muscles. I saw somewhere advising against sit up and they can nip the nerve. Thats a shame as I used to like sit ups. Anyone with prolapsed disks will know how easy they go, so I have to take it gently at first.

If you try ab bracing it may help. It has really helped me :)
