Spinal issues and impaired mobility

I have set this group up for people like myself who have spinal issues and impaired mobility and also if it affects you trying to get fit or lose weight so we have somewhere to talk about issues surrounding it.

I have set the group as public for the time being. If anyone has any concerns about this let me know.
