Arobic stepper

I got my first ever arobic stepper the other day. One of those plastic steps things where you can adjust the height. I put my laptop on the tv unit and played a beginner stepper video and followed that. The sweat was pouring out, but by, it felt good. Had to make sure I didn't get too carried away though as I didn't want to agitate my back.

Love your profile pic. I have a step which I use to get into bed (shorty short), I've tried using it for workouts but it's a good 10" high and not too stable at the bottom.0
