Freyja1197 has shared a couple of websites with me that I want to pass along. If you are interested in some daily meal plans check out this site:

You type in your daily calorie about, how many meals a day you want and what type of foods you like to eat (like Atkins, Paleo, Mediterranian, etc.) and it will generate an entire day's meal plan for you! (I did not have to create an account to get it to generate menus)
