We all know the importance of drinking water and how it relates to weight loss. Make sure you get your required amount in each day. Your body function better when it is hydrated too, and can eliminate false hunger pangs too. So go, drink that water!

Don't forget to track your foods and exercise so that your progress will track properly. You can also add your new weight daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, whatever works best for you.
