protein ? carbs?

I have a personal trainer 3 times a week for half hour as well as doing my own thing in between. Iv put my self on 1500 calories a day.. should be in taking less carbs more protein or does this matter if sticking to my calorie intake

Let me ask a few preliminary questions for Sara and Pat before they get in...
What are your fitness goals?
Could you open up your food diary so they can look at it?
Have you asked your trainer?
Is what you're doing with your 30 minutes a day, three times a week trainer all you're doing?
Probable short answer would be yes, eat more protein and less carbs, but nobody will know that until they see your diary.0 -
