In order to make myself fully accountable I am posting my starting stats here.
So here are my measurements, the full ugly truth...
Height - 5' 6"
Weight - 168.3
Body Fat - 41 %
Waist - 37.5 inches
Hips - 40.5 inches
Left Thigh - 22.5 inches
Right Thigh - 22.5 inches
Chest - 34.5
Left Arm - 12.5 inches
Right Arm - 12 inches
Now...off to take my before pics!!
