Shall I do it again?

I did JMBR a couple of years ago and stuck to the program right to the end, but didn't see the results I had hoped for. I already exercised a few days a week and was familiar with weight training as well as cardio. I'm not saying I found it too easy, I did increase the weights I was using if it got too easy for me but at the end I was expecting to be much fitter and more ripped but it just didn't happen. I didn't stick to her diet plan, but followed my own and maybe I wasn't as strict with myself as I could have been but at the end I'd say I lost around 12-14 pounds from memory.
I now have a 30 lbs weight loss goal, and want to get that in 12 weeks to this would be ideal to do alongside the diet but I am worried that I will be disappointed again. I really enjoyed doing it but am just not sure that the length of the workouts are quite long enough.
What does everyone think? Is there anyone who has seen dramatic results from this workout program?

I haven't seen dramatic results mainly because I was not planning to lose weight and I was eating at maintenance. But it JMBR is not challenging enough, perhaps you might want to try the sequel - Bodyshred. It looked pretty intense!

I'm starting Phase 3 tonight and I've only lost 1 lb. But I've lost several inches everywhere and I have started to see abs, back muscles, and my shoulders look better. Oh my butt is higher too and I'm starting to get that dent on the side. I'm going to start from the beginning again when I'm finished just with heavier weights and do the kick start week. Except I'm not doing cardio 1 at night, I'll be doing her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD. I'll probably add more cardio to it too during the week and either do her meal plan or be way stricter with my diet. I've had Thanksgiving and Christmas hit while doing it which probably hasn't helped me any.0
