Thought I'd introduce myself, I'm Becki 27 (nearly 28 
) mum to one 4 year old little man, work full time, comfort eater!
I lost my grandad in May then my grandma his wife just before Xmas I've put on just under a stone since my grandad died and thought it time to do something I can't watch the numbers go up anymore!
I'm aiming to lose 3st by Xmas/ new year 2015, will be joining slimming world and maybe zumba classes

I just did Zumba today for the second time ever. 1st time was 5 years ago.
