Question re: other exercises while doing C25K

Hi!
I apologize if this question has been answered already. I try to read as much as I can but might have missed this. I plan on starting C25K tomorrow! My question: can I continue doing my other exercises? I typically walk 7-10 miles a day (most of it is walking to and from work -- I've been doing this since August) and though I love all walking I do, I don't want to overdo it. I figure I'll feel it out as time goes on and will definitely listen to my body.
Thanks!

Cross training of some kind can be beneficial. I cycle and do bodyweight resistance training on non running days.0

Make sure to stick to the three times a week structure so you don't overdo the running. Since you are a regular at walking such long distances, my spontaneous impression is that you would be fine walking on running days, too. But perhaps one of the runs could happen on a weekend day when you might be able to decrease walking distance if necessary? Just pay attention to how things feel.0

Definitely listen to your body and stick to the C25K program, no matter how easy it may seem to you at first. You shouldn't have any issues since you've got a good base with your walking. If you had just started doing that much walking last week, then it could cause issues, but unlikely if you've been doing it for months.0

Listen to your body. I tried to do a lot of bodyweight work when I first started C25k and developed a knee issue.0
