I Just started low carb yesterday although some may think it is still high carb I am going from anywhere 127-177 carbs a day to yesterday 40 carbs and today 56 can anyone give me some tips or even give some sample days with what they have eaten to help keep the carbs low..

hi Mary, just being reading your blog, the way I keep my carbs low is I don't eat bread, rice, pasta and potatoes. These are the main ones I stay clear of, I do aim for around 50ish a day.0

It's still a work in progress, but definitely check out the launch pad that the mods have been working on. It's got tons of resources and links to stuff. It's organized in a way that you should be able to go "I want to learn more about this thing" or "I want some good recipe sites" and find the corresponding resources (or something close).0

I find foods I love to eat that keep me satisfied so I don't cheat. If I could pick a food group, it would Italian, so this process is much about fixing my addiction to carbs.0
