maintaining weight

I am still loosing weight but now i want to maintain it .. i have 1500 cals a day and go to the gym 3x a week .. any help ? Xx

I'm pretty sure the answer is eat more or burn less. You have been at a deficit for so long and now it is time to reduce the deficit. Try eating a couple hundred more calories more per day and see how it goes for a couple of weeks. Tweak as necessary after that. Alternatively, burn less at the gym.
Post surgery, I have reduced my cardio work and switched to more weights to burn less as my caloric input is lower than pre-surgery.
You can use the MFP calculator to figure out your maintenance caloric level.

Set your MFP for "maintain" and make sure you eat back the calories. Measure and weigh all food intake. Just follow the math.
