Maybe some of the "fat bomb" recipes may work. I am pretty new to LCHF so I haven't made any yet but these look good http://screwedonstraight.net/keto-diet-peanut-butter-cup-fat-bombs/

What is your reasoning for eliminating them? If it's the Artificial Sweeteners/sugar alcohols, then fat bombs are likely out the question, too. Unless you make savory ones that don't contain AS.

hard boil some eggs on the weekend and devil them, or eat them plain on week days.

roll some cheese inside of lunch meat and dip in mayo or add avocado inside.

    leftovers from dinner

some folks farther into it eat greek yogurt with berries (lowish carb)

along with the hard boiled eggs, you could make bacon, two slices cook in the microwave in 1 1/2 minutes for me. You could even make a batch of bacon ahead of time and just baggie it with your boiled eggs. I make bacon and scramble two eggs in the mornings, usually have it made and eaten in less than 10 minutes. LOL...

Greek yogurt is a good one for me. I'll add berries, nuts and flax seed. But you can add pretty much anything you prefer. I've been looking into Green Moster smoothies too.

I add cocoa and flax seeds to yogurt with a little sprinkle of stevia .. Sometimes I add peanut butter or coconut If I am looking at a pretty lean day, or a late breakfast that counts as a snack, I put in coconut, peanut butter, cocoa, stevia and add berries .. I like yogurt, it feels like a pudding. If you use PB2 (powdered PB) it sets up like a frosting..

Sljohn, the Atkins bars are highly processed and contain a ton of ingredients- many artificial. I am trying to eat more whole foods. I am not worried a ton about AS's.
    - Thanks for your ideas. :-)

This sounds great! Thanks! I am trying to stay at or below 20g of carbs/day- so not sure I can do that just yet- but sounds yummy.

Make a crustless quiche to keep in the fridge. Eat it cold or heat it in the microwave.

    I put the recipe here:

Why not coffee with 2tbsp coconut oil, 2 slice bacon, 2 cup kale sauteed in said bacon grease. I get up early because a breakfast bar won't keep me full enough to make it to second breakfast.

I have BPC every morning and it (along with a another regular coffee), gets me through until lunch (if not later) easily.

Coffee 1 tbls coconut oil and 1 tbls butter, sometimes with a little heavy cream and often with a shot of sugar free flavored coffee syrup. Delicious, filling and quick.

Though, I am going to make that crust less quiche and will probably have it as lunch!!

In warmer weather I used to like full fat yoghurt, berries and nuts and seeds for breakfast. Made a nice little compote, and mixing the yoghurt and berries the night before, and just adding the nuts and seeds in the morning made for a quick breakfast. Easy enough to bring with you too, just pop it all in a jar with a lid, and eat when time allows.

Bulletproof coffee is another way to go like mentioned above, and I usually have a small (2tsp fat max.) one most mornings. If going this route, just step up the fat gradually, as starting with tablespoons of butter and coconut oil might not be the best to surprise your bowels with, lol.

Pre-made egg muffins can be a handy grab and go bite too, with several making a moderate enough meal replacement

Re: breakfast bars, I would be inclined to experiment if you want to go that route. Something like some protein powder, some nuts and seeds, some peanut butter, some ground coconut/ coconut flour, and if it was me, a little honey for some sweetness, would be the way I would go, with some liquid to make it mixeable. Pretty much a high fat protein bar, and if you weren't averse to the taste of hemp, you might even be able to forego the protein powder, leaning on the hemp to bring up the protein quotient.

Actually, some chia mixed with water, until nice and gelatinous, would probably help it all mix together in place of another liquid, then you'd get the protein boost from the chia in there too. Hmm.. think I may have to play around with this and give it a go sometime..

BPC fat bombs minus the coffee or on the side. 1 tbs butter 1 tbs coconut oil 1 tbs heavy cream 1/4 serving protein powder of choice (I like quest peanut butter.) I make a batch on the weekend. It's one serving so multiply x5 for the week. I put them in cup cake cups to grab and go.

I'm currently on smoothies using different combination of berries, almond milk, cream, ground flax seed, greek yoghurt which I blend in the evening and have ready to drink in the morning :)

I love left overs but if you want it fast and breakfast like, make eggs the night before and bacon. In the morning throw it in a LC wrap (heat or not) and add a little mayo. It's delicious and very filling. I love mine with some slices jalapeños.

Oh, maybe not what you are looking for, but a delicious (and quick) smoothie from some full fat yoghurt, berries, nuts, seeds, some peanut butter, some coconut oil, protein powder and some water can be a good way to go also. If you're not too tight on your overall carb level, a banana is a good addition also. Easy enough to scale to fit to your needs, dropping the banana to cut the carb content, or cutting back the nuts and seeds to scale back in the calories, or more peanut butter to add more calories

check out some fat bomb recipes if you are not concerned with AS, but want to use more whole foods and eat less processed foods.

others gave great ideas as well.

I love sardines! A bit of lemon, add to tomatoes and spinach. Sprinkle with Old Bay.

Bonus, you can brush your teeth before going to work!
