Love combat! Anyone also in week two? I'm on day 11 today and it has been great so far. My favorite is Combat 30 because it's quick and for some reason I feel like I work so much harder in that one. Combat 45 is pretty good too...I wonder what Combat 60 will be like. I hope it doesn't kill me! I'm just trying to give max all the time so I'll be ready for it. Anyone else on the same track? Thoughts!

    I'm on day 12 today :-) My favorite is the 45 minute Kata! I can't wait until the 60 minute ones!!!
