Hey all!
So after arm & ab day I woke up with severe swelling with pain and limited motion in one of my elbows. I'm only telling you all this in case you get it, but I went to the doctor today and found out I have bursitis. It's caused by repetitive motion and can effect almost any of your joints, but you won't feel/hear any cracking or anything during your exercise.
The good news is as long as it doesn't get infected it'll go away in about a week if you stop exercising the joint. If if gets worse that means they have probably been infected which requires immediate medical attention!
In summary, take care of yourselves and hopefully non of you get this! If you do get firm swelling and soreness that's not your typical muscle soreness, look up bursitis! (not that I'm a doctor, if it's bothering you bad definitely get it checked out)

Oh no! That is terrible! I think that is what happened to me when I was doing JNL Fusion, but I didn't go to a doctor so didn't have an official diagnosis. I just quit working out for a couple weeks besides walking. When I did return to my workouts I started a new program and didn't do JNL anymore. I'm sorry this has happened to you. I hope you feel better soon and don't stress about taking a break. Breaks are good for your body too!0
