    ^^One of my alltime favorites!

Today I slow ran to the gym (took a long way 'round). Started my upper body workout. Got back and half of shoulders, but they were repairing equipment and a guy started welding a machine (bright light, sparks flying, and awful stench/smoke). I realized he was going to be awhile and that all but 1 of my remaining exercises were directly next to where he was working, so I just left. :\ Walked home.

    Have a good one!

Talk about poor timing at the gym! Frustrating considering how challenging it can be for you to get there sometimes.

It's got above zero F (even the windchill!) today for the first time since last Saturday, but it was still pretty cold this morning when I ran my errands. Sun was out anyway! Went to the gym first and did C25K (W2D2). It tends to be busy Saturday mornings but I wanted to go to the credit union while I was out and they're only open for a few hours in the morning on Saturdays. I got the last open treadmill so it worked out anyway, and Saturdays I prefer to get my workouts done early. After stops at the credit union, Walmart for a few groceries & essentials, and finally a stop at the library, I was able to come back home. Got 3 loads of laundry done & put away then took a long nap.

Hope everyone is staying warm. Donna I know our cold air was moving your way so hope you're staying safe.

Parents are here, love it! Pilates at 8:30am and had a healthy lunch then we went out for Italian for dinner (also my weekly treat meal). Food was actually just ok, disappointing. When my plate was still 90% full, I told myself if I stopped eating it then I could have ice cream. It worked! 340 cals of ice cream > 90% more chicken Alfredo
