love handles to go

Hi all
I started eating healthy and increasing activity levels since September 2014. My goal was to lose 8kg of fat and gain 3 kg muscle with a net loss of 5 kg. I started some weight training. I do cardio 4 times a week and have cut out sugar completely. I have reduced bread, pasta and rice. I am getting ab lines which I never ever had but my love handles are keeping my last 2.5 kg and still overhangs my pants waist. Help!

    Are there any exercises which are specific for that area? Also had two stomach area operations which means any weight gain makes my stomach protrude and dip in areas
