Roll Call!
This might be my last post for a while, as I'm going on vacation. I know I will lose some ground, eating out, relaxing, etc., but that's what vacations are all about. At least, that's my mindset (right or wrong). I'll try to be a little conservative, but I want to enjoy myself. With that said....
After a 3-day weekend that I "enjoyed", I had a great week. Much better than I thought. All the hard work I had put in for the month, must have paid off and the scale finally moved. I'm down ~4 lbs and reached my original gaol by getting below 200! So did I bust the plateau? Who knows? Who cares? In 8 hours I'm on vacation! :bigsmile:

Dude, congrats on breaking the 200lb barrier. I'm trying for it myself and will be jacked once I hit it. Perfect timing just before your vacation. Enjoy, brudda.0

Dropped another 2.8 lbs (in slightly less than two weeks). Was really good while on vacation and walked my butt off. Runkeeper has me at weekly calorie record, weekly mileage record and monthly mileage record.

It's been a good week. Weigh in was today, down 2.8 lbs. I'm very happy plus it puts me below the 230 mark

New to this group. Started using MFP about 2 months ago, it's been great to be able to count calories and track my exercise. Been doing pretty well with my goal of 2lbs per week.

I've been going up and down. Had a real good run for a while then plateaued at 220. Now I'm stuck again bouncing between 210 and 214. Seems like I hit it hard all week and then the weekend comes along and it's beers around the campfire.

I find the weekends tough as well. You work hard all week working out and eatin right then the weekend hits and BAM! It all seems to goto hell. All we can do is get back on the wagon come monday morning lol0

New to this group. I also find the weekends a challenge. You're good all week and then you lose ground on the weekend. Need to be diligent with food tracker all weekend!

I've been off track the past two weeks. Son's graduation, mother in town, anniversary, business travel, wife cooking up a storm since she finished her year of school.....just haven't been able to keep away from the good food. Up about 3 pounds over the past 2 weeks.
If any of you guys are targeting losing about 50 and aiming to get under 200 - and want some mutual accountability so we stay on track - send a friend request. Let's get to our goal by the end of the year!
