I decided not to use my mat for this workout to see if I could do the running man without stopping to readjust my stride. It worked! I just hope that I didn't kill my knees/ankles doing it on the tile floor.

I previewed workouts 3 and 4 this afternoon. Balance will be my issue in these next two, but I'm ready.

I really enjoyed the first two weeks. It went by so fast. I do yoga on the 7th day giving all my muscles a much deserved stretch. For some reason yesterdays Cardio workout kicked my butt. But I'm determined to have a handle on it by the end of phase 1.

I will do this tonight or tomorrow but still thinking of doing something else instead for my second cardio of the week. I'm dabbling with C25K and have been doing some alternating walking/jogging on the treadmill. I have set a 5K goal for the end of March, so I might do a week 3 or 4 C25K workout instead.

Also done with week 2! Did a 30 minute treadmill workout in the end instead of the video. In addition to seeing strength improvement on the other workouts, my jogging time has increased so I can do a couple 3 minute and 2 minute blocks with brisk walking in between.
