New. to paleo !!

I am new to paleo and I am on my 3rd day of robins sweet confession 30 day challenge . I haven't been hungry yet except during my over night shift at work and I had some baby carrots.I'm doing well with my water I drank 1w cups of water my first day with no issues. I have about 55 lbs to lose, do you all think it's possible with paleo, also what are the best work outs with paleo I wanted to do insanity but was told I might faint due to lack of carbs .

Any who looking for support and help and a new life style :)

    Hi April, welcome! I'm not familiar with the 30 day challenge that you're in, but are you interested in Paleo for weight loss only, and/or for the other benefits as well?

    Feel free to friend me if you want to ask questions outside of group. I have a large scientific background and can help make sense of everything. Also, like GrokRockStar, I have never heard of the challenge you're undertaking. I would be more inclined to point you towards Mark Sisson's 21 day challenge.
