Hi there to everyone
I am new to the group and just completed my first week. I have lost 4 lbs I am aiming to lose 2 stone by eating healthier no booze and also consuming green smoothies with Spirulina and keeping under my calorie intake if anyone has any recipes it would be greatly appreciated. I wish everyone the best of luck in reaching their goals

Congrats on the weight loss! My favorite clean recipe:
Sticky Lime Chicken
4 partially boned breasts
3 tbs honey
3 tbs lime juice
3 tbs olive oil
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 tbs fresh thyme
Place the cleaned chicken breasts in a medium baking dish. Make sure there is enough room in the bottom of the dish for the sauce to caramelize. Combine honey, limejuice, olive oil, garlic, and thyme in a bowl and mix well. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts evenly. Bake at 425* F (218* C) for 20-25 min, but pull out the pan every 7 min to spoon the sauce that is caramelizing at the bottom of the dish over the breasts. When the chicken is fully cooked and a nice reddish brown color, you are done! Serve with brown rice and fresh veggies!0 -
