    Really really need to work harder. Just really hard for me to get motivated with the cold weather. I wake up every morning and think I m going to this exercise or that exercise. so far I have done no exercise at all. My water drinking is almost zero and I have been going over calories sometimes by a lot sometimes just a little.
    It has taken me days to find this almost gave up.

    Reflecting on January 13:
    Track everything?: Yes - knowing that I'd be coming back to report here was the extra push I needed to log my trail mix blowout last night.

    Eat under calories?: No, ate at about maintenance due to having a ridiculous amount of trail mix, but I'd rather be honest with myself than pretend it didn't happen.

    Active?: Yes, worked out 80 minutes - 10.3 mile bike ride, 2 miles walk

    Calories yes - SODIUM UGHHHH!!!!! NOOOO >:) - Its amazing how seeing my intake (cals/sodium/sugar etc.) on a daily basis has opened my eyes!!!

    Today wasn't a good day. I got my braces tightened yesterday so I couldn't eat like I normally do. And I didnt get to work out for 2 days in a row.

    Did you stay under your calorie limit? No idea.
    Were you active for at least 20 minutes? Yes, lifted and did a spin class and cleaned the house AND sis tons of errands!!
