    2. Did you stay within your calorie goal? No. 75 calories over, but I am glad that I tracked every little thing that I put in my mouth!
    3. Did you exercise at least 20 minutes? No.

    Hi garyandkimber,

    Tomorrow will be a better day. Thank you for organizing this 'accountability' thread. You are a really nice person to provide this encouragement to so many of us. I have been married many years and want to lose weight and look like the woman (me!) that my husband married (and get healthier!) Keep trying even one minute at a time. We are all out here working together, trying with you and supporting you!

    3. Did you exercise at least 20 minutes today? Yes. (A little over an hour briskly walking on the treadmill with a good incline. I read and watch tv while I walk.)
