week 1: 153ish lbs

goal: 135 lbs ~ but I'm in no hurry
I've raised my calories by 50 again this week so I'm expecting and would like to slow it down. I will probably keep raising in increments of 50 cals until my loss slows to 1 to .5lbs a week. Last time I lost too much too fast, deprived myself and stalled out, so I'm trying to be much more healthier and of course last more than 3 months on paleo. Ideally, I'll be paleo this time next year. Great progress!0 -
