Primal/Paleo Reset for 2015 Group created
Okay the new group is up and for some reason I cannot add co-leaders. Last year I was playing with setting one up and there were at least 2 slots for co-leaders but not anymore. Anyway you can join up here. I will continue on with this group for a week or so if anyone comes along I will point them in the right direction.
Day 29
My cravings for the most part went away after first week. But now with the kids being sick and have 3 sleepless nights in a row, the cravings our returning. Yesterday I wanted a cookie so bad!! I didn't cave though. I just need sleep!
Day 30 : )
We made it!!!! It is only the start of the day for me and my cheat is actually tonight. But in 30 days I have lost 5 kgs (11 pounds) and cm everywhere - chest, waist, thigh and arm - so pretty happy. - More importantly, I am feeling good and happy to keep eating this way. I finally dropped that mysterious weight I gained. Woo hoo! Today has been crazy. I have two of my three boys sick :(

Feeling really good. I am not craving anything and know when I make something if it is missing an element such as fat.
