"No HFCS" may now just mean no HFCS-55

Yeah, I know, I'm largely preaching to the choir, here, but figured I'd share, anyway. As if we didn't already have enough reasons to avoid these things.

"No HFCS" is basically meaningless, now. It may not have HFCS-55, but that just means it might have HFCS-90. That's right, 90% fructose, instead of just 55%. As if having sugar that is 55% fructose in every single thing that passes for food wasn't bad enough.

    This is why I will not eat any packaged food. You can't trust it. I buy single ingreedents and cook.
