    Holly- go see your surgeon, they as much as anyone understand the challenges and WANT to be a part of helping you succeed. Very few of us can stay model patients forever...no need to be embarrassed, but use all the tools and support available.

    I agree. My program has a separate support group for Relapse prevention. Use the support groups wherever you find them. You can find a way back!
