Logging the Cardio

Jillian classifies Cardio One as low impact, so that is what I logged it. Do you think Cardio 2 is high impact aerobics? How about Cardio 3?

I always did circuit training for all of them. I figure it evened out. Also, I didn't eat back exercise cals so it really didn't matter that much. However, you could always get a HRM and then you would know EXACTLY what you burn. A lot of ppl opt for doing it that way. I just can't handle that annoying chest strap - haha0
