Disaster session

Had an absolute disaster session today! I usually lift at lunchtime, however due to work commitments today I went before work, and it wasn't good. Don't know if it was due to the new time, or just an off day but I really struggled on the squats today.
77.5kg. 4/4/3/2/1.
Wednesday was great, all 5 sets at 75kg and don't get me wrong it was hard but certainly gave no indication of such a drastic difference today.
Anyways, Monday is another day and I'll kick off right where I failed today and hopefully fair better. Just wondered if anyone else had a similar experience

It's not unusual for things to affect your workout that you wouldn't normally factor in. Time of day, when you ate, what you ate, how well you slept. Jump back on the horse Monday like you said and see how it goes.0
