Full fat cream cheese without added whey?

So, I try to stay away from whey-heavy dairy products due to elevated insulin and whey's uniquely insulinogenic properties.

I also love cream cheese, especially in eggs (seriously, try it in an omelet or scrambled eggs some time).

However, I have two options if I want cream cheese, based on what's available to me:

1. Full fat, with added whey
2. Reduced fat, without added whey

Looking at the ingredient list, the only difference is the presence of whey, so I suspect the "cream and milk" percentages are different, too (this seems to be backed by the carb difference between 1c of low fat and 1c regular, according to nutritiondata.self.com). That doesn't cut it for me. Besides, I want the fat.

Does anyone know of a brand of cream cheese that doesn't have added whey (bonus points if it also doesn't have added gums)? I've found it very hard to research the topic of whey in general online, because it seems married to lactose for whatever reason (ie - "how to avoid whey to reduce lactose intolerance" and all of the tips are for avoiding lactose, wtf?).

I can't make my own, because raw milk sale is illegal in my state to the point that even herdsharing is sketchy (and that's overkill for my purposes, as I don't need that much milk on a regular basis).
