Here are my goals for this week:
1) Lift 3x this week (missed 2 weeks due to injury - so getting back to it this week)
2) Maintain calories between 2650-2750 per day for the week
Check back in at the end of the week.

I’m looking to:
1) Crossfit three times.
2) Walk at least 15 miles.
3) No alcohol.
4) Drink 3+ liters of water per day0 -
Day 1 of lifting in the bank. Decided to start with a medium weight day. Breezed through with no issues.0

Mid-week check in:
1) Crossfit three times. I’ve done twice (Monday and Wednesday)
2) Walk at least 15 miles. I’m at 8 miles (5.5 miles on Tuesday, 2.5 miles on Thursday, had some bad calf cramps or would have done more on Thursday).
3) No alcohol. So far, so good.
4) Drink 3+ liters of water per day 3 - 3.5 liters each day so far.

Completed 3rd weight session today.
Calorie intake is tracking well for the week, should meet my goal.
Weigh in today had me at 191, lowest weight in probably 25 years. Could be a momentary dip but it was nice to see the scale approaching 190.0 -
End of week check in:
1) Crossfit three times. I did twice. I went for a third workout, but the coach never showed to open up. I did some weight training on two days to compensate.
2) Walk at least 15 miles. I did 19 miles.
3) No alcohol. Complete weekend fail.
4) Drink 3+ liters of water per day. I did 3 - 3 1/2 each day except Sunday, which was more like 2 liters.
Overall, not a bad week.0 -
