Hello, I am just now getting into the weight loss scene. I want to eat healthier and I'm slowly progressing into exercising three times a week!

    Keep going ladies. Clean eating is a lifelong marathon not a sprint. Exercise carefully under expert guidance so you know what good form feels like and keep going.
