  • Hey this was a great read! As someone who's been familiar with fitness for a long time but was allowing stress eating to take over her life for the last year, I can definitely say that eating two burritos all day and then feeling miserable and full and then hungry all in the space of like two hours is terrible. I can eat healhty snacks that fill me up but are calorically less dense and feel satisfied through my workout and my hectic days! I'm new to this website so i'm looking for friends to stay motivated if anyone is interested! Lets swap tips!
