but I have been a bit sick recently. Either bad cold or mild flu, but there is definitely no exercising in my daily schedule right now. Keeping within my daily calorie allowance is easy enough, since I have no appetite, and I have lost a lot of water weight. Everybody else is doing so well though, im quite envious

pearshape, you need to listen to your body. Get well first and then ease yourself back into the workouts. This group isn't going anywhere. I hope you feel better soon.0
