    I'm here, too! I'm looking forward to starting tomorrow! I'll be starting with 8 lb weights. I think it'll be fun to check in with each other so we each are a cheering section for the others!

    Hiya, I'm gonna be a little behind you guys, I've been searching for a new challenge and came accross this group.

    This weight challenge will compliment my cardio.

    So 11 days in, how do you guys feel?

    I don't have an exercise ball, how will I fair without one, can I use any substitute?
