What are your best and go-to recipe swaps? I love hearing what others have swapped in "regular" and comfort food recipes to get the same taste, but less fat/sugar/etc.

I found a recipe for PB Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins that called for oil, 3/4 c sugar, milk chocolate chips, and PB chips. I swapped the oil and PB chips for natural PB, reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup, and substituted the milk chocolate chips for dark, and used only half the amount of chips.

Saved a lot of calories and fat! It was delicious!
