I finally started!! I wasn't doing too well with moving (walking, jogging..etc) my step count was barely anything. I was lucky to even come close to my 10,000 step goal. I mean some days were like 3,000 - 5,000 steps total ALL day
BUT I changed it all around!!!
Tuesday - 13,316 steps for the day!!
Wednesday -- 13,341
Thursday - 16,250!!
and I did W1D1 yesterday as well.
I am wondering how often you do c25k though? Every other day? or on a particular days of the week?
I try to walk for an hour every day -- nothing crazy just to get me moving!!

When I was doing c25k, I ran every other day and rode my bicycle on days when I wasn't running, taking a rest day about 1 day a week or so.
I think the purpose of every other day is mainly to prevent injuries.0 -
I went with a Mon/Wed/Fri when I was doing C25K. It's definitely recommended that you have at least 1 days rest between sessions for recovery/injury prevention. The 2 days over the weekend just made sure I kept to 1 week, per actual week.0

You can pick your week days as you wish, but like taeliesyn said the rest days are extremely important for beginners. Cross-training on alternating days is fine, though, like swimming and cycling.0
