How long did it take you to see a difference on the scale?

Hi ladies, I started Erin Stern's 4 week elite body program on 1/5. This program is comprised of heavy lifting including supersets (which I'm new to) and HIIT. I have been really enjoying this and am just trying to focus on the program and feeling stronger and haven't weighed myself yet. I've read on the other message boards to expect a gain at first. Wondering if you guys had that same experience, and how long it took you to start seeing the scale go down?

    I've just done stronglifts and slow walking for cardio. Before doing the lifting, I started by walking 5-7 days a week and made sure my calorie intake kept me at a deficit. And I really didn't see any gain once I started lifting. I am still lifting and eating at a deficit. Weight loss is slow and steady but even when the scale takes a little time to show anything, I've had customers and coworkers comment on how I'm getting smaller.

    That's my experience so far at least, but I have a lot of weight to lose still.
