Shred starting 1/16

Hi guys!
I just posted on the before and after thread, but I am starting a 30 day shred today, and will alternate the 30 day shred and kickbox fast fix dvd as needed (because we all know that JM leaves you SORE). My plan is 6 workouts per week with one off day, most likely my chiropractor day so it may vary a bit but that depends on what she says. Feel free to add me, I will post pics weekly (but not today because it is day 1 and there is nothing to compare that with except my white legs and snow on the ground where you may live). Day 1 done, 29 to go! Anybody on a serious shred mission, please add me. I did a round in March before I went on bedrest and had excellent results, so expect to see serious improvement!
