I joined the group of that's okay! I'm on day 2 today! I'm working on my discipline this year so encouragement to keep going is always needed!

iv been doing ok! Haven't really been weighing myself but keep up with 30 ds and now using pacer that counts your steps and is linked to myfitnesspal! But no jillian last night as Iv done my back in!
Before and after
its always good to take a pic of yourself before you start your healthy eating and workouts then do another one 10 days later and so on!
