I am starting over the for 50,000 time. Yes it feels like that but I really am stuck. Been trying so hard and then loss control. I been though a lot since July. First I went though knee surgery then I was rehab my knee and then 2 1/2 months into that I hit a major set back in the middle of Oct when I feel and fractured my ankle and tibia. Now I am back in rehab and want to start over and stay on that track. How should I figure out my calories for the day is the first thing can anyone help? :s

Are you actually exercising, or basically a desk job and a little rehab?

If that's the case, set MFP to Sedentary, and with so little weight left to lose, select the 1/2 lb weekly goal.

Meet your daily goal. Over 50 is better than under 100.

If you do get in some extra walking, log it at whatever speed you actually did, and take off 10% of the suggested calories.

But you can do all the weight machines except those that push with the foot, and start strength training.
In which case log as Strength training and eat those calories back, less 10% too.

That's a reasonable deficit for so little to lose, about 10% of your daily burn.
