  • Logged all week 7 pts. Did all workouts 6 pts and drank plenty water each day (10-12 glasses a day) 7 pts. Total 20/20 pts. Yay!

    Workout = 4 (only because I worked out intensely at the gym this week and was too tired to do more ;-)
  • Logged all meals all 7 days, did all 6 workouts, drank half my weight in ounces of water 6 of the 7 days. Total = 19 pts.
  • My 16 month old got the flu and I was sick from tamiflu so I missed a few workouts and water days. I only had 14 of 20 this week.
